Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your cruise at any time during the 48 hours prior to your cruise time, your 50% deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to rebook your specific cruise time and the new guests agree to enjoy the same meals you ordered. If you fail to call or show up for your cruise, you will be charged the full amount of the cruise. If you file a dispute with the credit card company over any legitimate charges to your credit card as outlined by our posted company policies, we will charge an additional administrative fee of $25 to your credit card. If we have made an inadvertant mistake in the charges, the administrative fee will not apply. We must be strict about this as it is nearly impossible for us to fill a cancelled reservation in time to recover lost business. |
